Well, as you might have noticed, I didn’t blog all weekend. And I didn’t even blog to tell you I wasn’t blogging. Even this morning, I have written a blog, but to tell you the truth, I am just not ready to post it. So I am writing to tell you why I am not writing. I have been really grappling for the last week and particularly this weekend with the subject of giving. It is so in my heart to write about, but there is so much to say and I am really struggling with where to start. So many of us have been so beaten up with the subject of giving, so I am really excited to talk about it. Giving isn’t a requirement, it’s actually a life giving, joyful, budget transforming freedom that we are blessed with. There is so much life in the subject and I have really been wresting with the best way to present it.
So, that is where my energy is going right now. I feel a little like I am “giving birth” in the wrestling and process of this, but I also know that this subject is so critical that it is totally worth the effort. Pray for me if you think of me, and know that blogs are coming… not as quickly as I would like, but hopefully worth the wait.
