As you can probably tell from the lack of blogging, painting has taken over my life! It took all weekend to paint the house and yesterday to put the house back together. I still am going to finish my series on giving, but it is actually going to have to wait a little longer. My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week and are going on a little mini trip together. So, I will be back blogging on Friday (hopefully). I am painting my living room! It is actually a magical process of erasing little dirty handprints, and footmarks, and the “beautiful” colors of toys being hit against the walls. It feels like we are getting new house! However, it leaves no time to blog with coordinating the effort of painting and taking care of the kids. Well, as you might have noticed, I didn’t blog all weekend. And I didn’t even blog to tell you I wasn’t blogging. Last night I had the opportunity to go to a women’s biblestudy which means two things: my spirit feels so refreshed today, and I didn’t blog last night. My dear friend Scarlet leads the Bible study and it has just been such a source of life. Anyway, no blog for today, but try to have a wonderful day anyway 🙂 I’ll see you tomorrow.

OK, as in all business, adventures, and just life in general, there are great days and there are days that you probably should have done something different. I am so glad that the garage sale is done, and I am glad that I did it ~ kind of. But the wind blew like crazy all day. Well, when the roses start coming, there might be some thorns, and the thorns for me today mean I’m sitting in my garage again having a garage sale. I pulled in two more friends and we are doing it again. The rose at the end is the money that I will hopefully make from just a few hours of work, but truthfully… there are a lot of things I would rather be doing.
